Federal Acquisition Regulation; Organizational Conflicts of Interest Update

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to address organizational conflicts of interest (OCIs), improve contractor access to sensitive information, and add related provisions. The proposed rule was prompted by a 2009 National Defense Authorization Act requirement to review FAR coverage on OCIs.
