Federal Acquisition Regulation; Information Collection; Buy American Act-Construction: Request for Review and Approval of Information Collection Extension

The Regulatory Secretariat is requesting the Office of Management and Budget to review and approve an extension of an information collection requirement under the Buy American Act--Construction, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act. The public is invited to comment on the necessity and utility of the collection, as well as ways to minimize the burden on respondents.
