DoD, GSA, and NASA Propose Revisions to Federal Acquisition Regulation for Time-and-Materials and Labor-Hour Contracts

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to align with the new payment requirements for time-and-materials and labor-hour contracts.
