DoD, GSA, and NASA Propose Amendments to Federal Acquisition Regulation to Address Impact on Minority-Owned and Small Businesses

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in response to a court decision affecting small disadvantaged business concerns and certain institutions of higher education.
