GSA Finalizes FTR Rule with Definitions for Dependents, Domestic Partners, and Immediate Family

The General Services Administration (GSA) has adopted a final rule amending the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) to include definitions for 'dependent', 'domestic partner', and 'domestic partnership', as well as revisions to the definition of 'immediate family'. The rule also adds references to domestic partners and partnerships in the FTR, where applicable.
