DOD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule to Prevent Personal Conflicts of Interest for Contractor Employees

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are publishing a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to address personal conflicts of interest by employees of government contractors, as mandated by statute.
