DoD, GSA, and NASA Adopt Final FAR Rule for Small Disadvantaged Businesses

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have adopted the final, unchanged version of an interim rule that incorporates changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) made by the Small Business Administration (SBA) to its small disadvantaged business (SDB) program, which affects small disadvantaged businesses seeking government contracts.
