DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Interim Rule on Set-Asides for Small Business

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have issued an interim rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in accordance with the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010, which addresses set-asides for small businesses in multiple-award contracts and the Federal Supply Schedules Program.
