DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule on Revised Definitions for Caribbean Basin and Designated Countries

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have issued a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to update the definitions of 'Caribbean Basin country' and 'designated country' following the change in status of the Netherlands Antilles islands.
