DoD, GSA, and NASA Seek Public Comment on Contractor Employee Conflicts of Interest

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are requesting public input on whether further guidance is required to address potential personal conflicts of interest among employees of government contractors, in consultation with the Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) and the Office of Government Ethics (OGE).
