U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Birthing Simulators and Associated Systems

The U.S. International Trade Commission has begun an investigation into Gaumard Scientific Company, Inc. after a complaint was filed alleging infringement of two U.S. patents related to birthing simulators and associated systems, which were imported into the US in 2010 and 2011.
