U.S. International Trade Commission Reverses Initial Determination on Remand Regarding Quick Clamps

The U.S. International Trade Commission has reversed the initial determination on remand of the presiding administrative law judge and terminated the investigation, finding no violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 due to the invalidity of the asserted claims of U.S. Patent No. 5,372,392 for obviousness.
