US Commission Schedules Full Reviews of Antidumping Duty Orders on Solid Urea from Russia and Ukraine

The US International Trade Commission has scheduled full reviews to determine if revoking antidumping duty orders on solid urea from Russia and Ukraine would lead to continued material injury, and has extended the review period by up to 90 days
