Notice of Investigation into Patent Infringement by Nokia and Intellisync

The U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint alleging that Nokia Corporation, Nokia Inc., and Intellisync Corporation are infringing on several U.S. patents related to electronic devices, including mobile phones and computers. The complaint was filed on March 28, 2011, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
