U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Wireless Communication Devices and Systems

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) has begun an investigation into wireless communication devices and systems following a complaint filed by Linex Technologies, Inc. on behalf of itself, alleging patent infringement by certain companies.
