USITC Investigates Allegations of Patent Infringement by Foreign Companies

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) has launched an investigation into allegations of patent infringement by foreign companies, following a complaint filed by MOSAID Technologies Inc. on May 17, 2011, on behalf of the company. The complaint alleges that several foreign companies have infringed on US patents related to communications network equipment, including switches, routers, and IP phones.
