U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Foam Footwear, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders

The U.S. International Trade Commission has closed an investigation into a case involving foam footwear products, finding that they violate U.S. trade laws and ordering companies to stop importing and selling infringing products, as well as issuing a general exclusion order to prevent further imports.
