Samsung LED Co., Ltd. Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over LED Patent Infringement

Samsung LED Co., Ltd. of Korea and Samsung LED America, Inc. of Atlanta, Georgia, have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain companies have infringed on their patents for light-emitting diodes and related products, and requesting the Commission to institute an investigation and potentially exclude infringing products from the US market.
