US International Trade Commission to Investigate Samsung LED Patent Infringement

The US International Trade Commission has received a complaint from Samsung LED Co., Ltd. and Samsung LED America, Inc. alleging that Samsung has infringed on several US patents related to light-emitting diodes and products containing them, and is now requesting an investigation to determine if an exclusion order is warranted.
