U.S. International Trade Commission to Investigate LG Electronics for Patent Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint from LG Electronics, Inc. and LG Innotek Co., Ltd. alleging that the companies' importation and sale of certain light emitting diodes and products containing them infringe on several U.S. patents, and has agreed to investigate the matter.
