Uranium From Russia; Scheduling of an Expedited Five-Year Review Concerning the Suspended Investigation on Uranium From Russia

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is scheduling an expedited review to determine if lifting the suspended investigation on uranium imports from Russia would lead to continued material injury within a reasonable timeframe. The review is based on section 751(c)(3) of the Tariff Act of 1930.
