US Commission Launches Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations on Chinese Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells and Modules

The US Commission has initiated investigations into Chinese imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells and modules, which are allegedly sold at below fair value and subsidized by the Chinese government, to determine if they are harming the US industry.
