Furuno Electric Co., Ltd. and Furuno U.S.A., Inc. File Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Patent Infringement

Furuno Electric Co., Ltd. of Japan and Furuno U.S.A., Inc. of Camas, Washington, have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission on September 30, 2011, alleging patent infringement by certain navigation products, components, and related software, and requesting the Commission to institute an investigation and issue exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
