US International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Solar Power System Patent Infringement
The US International Trade Commission has begun an investigation into allegations that Westinghouse Solar and Andalay Solar are infringing on two solar power patents, following a complaint filed on October 3, 2011, and supplemented on October 18 and 19, 2011.
