VirnetX, Inc. Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Secure Communication Patent Infringement

VirnetX, Inc. has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain devices with secure communication capabilities, components, and products are infringing on its U.S. Patent No. 8,051,181, and requesting the Commission to institute an investigation and issue exclusion and cease and desist orders.
