Rovi Corporation Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Patent Infringement

Rovi Corporation has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that several companies, including Rovi Guides, Inc. and United Video Properties, Inc., have infringed on four patents related to interactive program guide and parental controls technology, and are seeking relief under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
