Elpida Memory Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Semiconductor Chip Infringement

Elpida Memory, Inc. and its US subsidiary have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain companies are infringing on their patents for semiconductor chips with DRAM circuitry, and modules and products containing these chips.
