US Patent Office to Implement Changes to Post-Patent Provisions of Leahy-Smith America Invents Act
The US Patent and Trademark Office is revising its rules to expand the scope of information that can be cited in patent files and to implement provisions related to ex parte reexamination, inter partes review, and post grant review, as mandated by the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act.
