USPTO to Hold Public Hearings on Proposed Patent Fee Schedule

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is holding public hearings on proposed patent fee changes, as required by the America Invents Act (AIA). The Patent Public Advisory Committee (PPAC) will discuss the proposed fees with the public and accept written comments.
