FHFA Requests Comments on Proposed Revision of Existing and New Systems of Records

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) is seeking public comments on proposed changes to its systems of records, including the revision of one existing system and the establishment of four new ones, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974. The proposed changes include the removal of three existing systems of records notices and the elimination of certain records systems maintained by the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight.
