CPSC Issues Final Rule on Third Party Conformity Assessment Body Audits

The Consumer Product Safety Commission is requiring third-party conformity assessment bodies to undergo periodic audits as a condition of their accreditation, in accordance with the Consumer Product Safety Act and the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008.
