CPSC Requests Comments on Proposed Extension of Approval for Children's Sleepwear Information Collection
The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is requesting public comments on a proposed 3-year extension of approval for a collection of information from manufacturers and importers of children's sleepwear, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The extension would allow the CPSC to continue enforcing standards for children's sleepwear, which include testing and recordkeeping requirements.
