Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection Amends Regulation E for Foreign Remittance Transfers
The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection has updated Regulation E to enhance consumer protections for international remittance transfers, including improved error resolution and cancellation rights, in accordance with the Dodd-Frank Act.
