Semiannual Regulatory Agenda and Fiscal Year 2011 Regulatory Plan

The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (CFPB) has published its Semiannual Regulatory Agenda and Fiscal Year 2011 Regulatory Plan, outlining regulatory matters to be considered from October 1, 2011, to October 1, 2012. The agenda will be updated annually through October 1, 2012, and published in spring 2012.
