Bureau Publishes Final Rule Defining Larger Participants in Consumer Reporting Market

The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection is publishing a final rule to define larger participants in the consumer reporting market, which will help supervise nonbank covered persons in that market, as required by the Dodd-Frank Act.
