Herring Broadcasting, Inc. Wins Dispute Resolution Cases Against Major Cable Providers

A federal administrative law judge has been ordered to recuse himself from resolving carriage disputes between Herring Broadcasting, Inc. and major cable providers, allowing the Media Bureau to take over the dispute resolution process.
