FCC Reopens Window for Noncommercial Educational Applicants to Convert to Commercial Broadcast Stations

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has given a one-time opportunity to applicants who have been waiting since the Second Report & Order to amend their noncommercial educational (NCE) station applications to apply for a commercial broadcast station, thereby avoiding dismissal of their applications.
