FCC Requests Comments on Channel Substitution Proposal by Comcorp of Bryan License Corp.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a proposal by Comcorp of Bryan License Corp. to switch its DTV channel from 29 to 28, a move that was initially approved in 2008.
