FCC Adopts New Methodology for Calculating Regulatory Fees for International Submarine Cable Operators

The Commission has introduced a new approach to calculating fees for international submarine cable operators, starting from FY 2009, with higher fees for larger systems and lower fees for smaller ones, while maintaining the existing licensing rules and fee calculation methods for terrestrial and satellite facilities.
