Federal Communications Commission Seeks Comments on Proposed Compensation Rates for Telecommunications Relay Services

The Federal Communications Commission is requesting public comment on proposed compensation rates for various telecommunications relay services, including video relay services, captioned telephone services, and internet protocol captioned telephone services, as well as a carrier contribution factor and funding requirement for the Interstate TRS Fund.
