FCC's Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau Seeks to Refresh Record on Mandatory Captioned Telephone Relay Service

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on a petition by consumer groups to make Captioned Telephone Relay Service (CTS) a mandatory form of telecommunications relay service (TRS), following a recent supplement to the petition.
