US Wireless Communications Commission to Hold Meetings on Innovation, Competition, and Consumer Disclosure

The US Wireless Communications Commission will hold meetings on August 27, 2009, to consider several notices of inquiry related to innovation, competition, and consumer disclosure in the wireless industry, including the implementation of Section 6002(b) of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 and the annual report on competitive market conditions in the mobile wireless market.
