FCC Rule for FM Broadcast Translator Stations Takes Effect on October 1, 2009

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has announced that its rule for FM broadcast translator stations will go into effect on October 1, 2009, after the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approved the necessary information collection requirements for a period of three years.
