FCC Amends Rules to Facilitate Broadband Access and Services

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has updated its policies to allow Educational Broadband Service (EBS) excess capacity lease agreements to begin sooner and permits BRS 1 and 2/2A licensees to operate in both the 2.1 GHz and 2.5 GHz bands post-transition, aiming to promote broadband access and innovative services.
