FCC Announces Effective Date for Ownership Diversification Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has announced that its rules promoting diversification of ownership in broadcast services will take effect on October 30, 2009, following approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a period of three years.
