Radio Broadcasting Services, Wheatland, WY: Staff Grants Rulemaking Petition for Channel Change

The Federal Communications Commission staff has approved a rulemaking petition filed by Appaoloosa Broadcasting, Company, Inc., the licensee of Station KIMX(FM), to replace vacant Channel 247A at Wheatland, Wyoming, with FM Channel 286A, as per the FCC's reference coordinates.
