New Sunset Date Established for Commission Rules on Retransmission Consent
The Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2010, has led to the establishment of a new sunset date for certain Commission rules related to retransmission consent, as mandated by Section 1003(b) of the Act, which is Public Law No. 111-118.
