National Institute of Corrections Launches Cooperative Agreement for Transition From Prison to Community

The National Institute of Corrections (NIC) is launching a new cooperative agreement to provide technical assistance to six states and a provider for the Transition From Prison to the Community (TPC) initiative, which aims to help offenders successfully transition back into the community.
