Supplemental Notice of Lodging of Consent Decree Under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA)

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a supplemental consent decree under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) with the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, addressing contamination at a former industrial site in Newark, New Jersey.
