Establishment of 2009 Annual Needs Assessment for List I Chemicals Ephedrine, Pseudoephedrine, and Phenylpropanolamine

The US government has issued a notice to establish the initial 2009 Assessment of Annual Needs for certain List I chemicals, as mandated by the Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act of 2005, which was enacted on March 9, 2006.
